DAY 0 - The day before the beginning
Taking the first steps in a journey always seem to be the hardest. The majority of North American people follow a fast food diet, and I was no exception. I say 'was' because I feel starting this blog should motivate myself into taking the first leap. The first leap in many life changing leaps to come.
I just bought this e-book on Superfoods, and am planning on using it to supplement a raw foods diet. I feel that if these Superfoods are consumed the most, then the raw foods diet must be at its optimal level.
Some inexpensive Superfoods are: oranges, garlic, broccoli, and spinach
Integrating the above superfoods into my diet (now raw foods) is going to be my starting point. Once the first week is successfully completed, then I will add more expensive Superfoods.
