Day 2 - Start well, MUST finish well
The day started well with oranges, carrots and spinach salads. Then I took my daughter to the movies. There are no Superfoods at the movies, only butter drenched popcorn, gigantic slushies, and free candy. It was my daughter's first time at the movies, and I will use that as my excuse for eating all of the nasty diet crushing things. Lizzy loved all of the treats, and I will admit that I did as well. :-(
Tomorrow I will finally put up my statistics and current pics, therefore solidifying the start. There is a Christmas party on Monday that I am obliged to attend, and am thinking of bringing a platter of fruit and veggies. At least if it's there, all the other goodies won't tempt me as much, even if I'm the only one that eats it.
Thinking of doing a 7 day fast soon to kick-start the removal of toxins. I wonder if the Superfoods are as affective if I have all these toxins and guck in my body? The fast will have to start on Tuesday ( 3 days away). I am going to prepare by eating as many Superfoods and raw foods as possible until then.
